John TIPLER

John TIPLER is the father of Sarah Ann"Sally" TIPLER. He was born on 6 July 1854 in Helpringham, Lincolnshire to John TIPLER and Ann ROOK. He married Ann "Annie" LEE on 30 June 1884 in Attercliffe, Sheffield, Yorkshire and died on 17 August 1909 in Sheffield, Yorkshire and is buried in the Darnell Cemetery in Sheffield.

They had just the one child, Sarah Ann "Sally" TIPLER.

Richard MARRIOTT

Richard MARRIOTT is the father of Richard MARRIOTT. He was born on 2 February 1838 in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham, England to George MARRIOTT and Rebecca FARNSWORTH. His first wife was Elizabeth WESTWOOD, whom he married on 16 February 1860 at the Parish Church of Brightside in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. Richard died on 7 January 1886 in Sheffield and is buried in the Attecliffe Cemetery in Sheffield.

Richard married his second wife Ann BROWN about 1876 in Sheffield, Yorkshire. Ann was born on 17 March 1844 in Birmingham, England and died January 1905 in Attercliffe, Sheffield, Yorkshire.

George MARRIOTT

George MARRIOTT was born about 1805 in the West Indies to Ricard MARRIOTT who was born about 1766 in Derbyshire. George married his first wife, Rebecca FARNSWORTH on 30 March 1831 at Ault Hucknall, Mansfield-Woodhouse, Nottingham, England. Not much is known about George, but a Rebecca MARRIOTT was listed on his wedding certificate to Rebecca as a witness. George died on 18 March 1874 in Sheffield, Yorkshire and is buried in the Burngreave Cemetery in Yorkshire.

George's and Rebecca's children were:

George married his second wife Catherine MILLER on 19 February 1846 at St Mary's Parish in Nottingham. Catherine was born about 1823 in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham and died 22 October 1882 in Sheffield, Yorkshire and is buried in the Burngreave Cemetery in Sheffield.

Rebecca FARNSWORTH

Rebecca FARNSWORTH was born to Thomas FARNSWORTH and Mary ? on 12 August 1804 in Mansfield-Woodhouse, Nottingham, England. She died on 5 November 1842 in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham and is buried in the St Mary's churchyard at Sutton-In-Ashfield in Nottingham.
